Yeah but it sounds like your point is that having high cholesterol = bad, I'm saying having high cholesterol is not necessarily bad if you exercise consistently, especially healthy cholesterol like from eggs. -

Cholesterol is a non issue if you are exercising. It can actually be good. If you are a layabout then yeah cholesterol can be a problem -
