Agree with this to certain point and believe they want more buy in from him. I think they want him to offer more around the club and set standards etc but we are walking a fine line when others are continually underperforming.

What game where you watching? He got to the right spots and should have kicked 2 or 3 but the occasion and build up clearly got the better of him. At the ground he looked like a faster Walters to me. He is going nowhere has to play.
