Just read that thread you made. You've spoken to an assistant, not the chemist. Maybe an assistant might have difficulty with explaining how to use that gel, but knowing how to apply that gel is incredibly incredibly simplistic knowledge for any chemist (or doctor) - it would be like asking a football player what is a mark, or a chef how to peel an apple etc.
