    Constitution is supposed to be permanent thing. It is not for putting in and putting out like Hokey Cokey dance. If disadvantage is not permanent then it should not be in constitution. And it is Australian constitution. It should not say about culture or say about one culture but not others.

    There is difference between raw metal and compound. Like sodium metal sets on fire if contacts with water but we add sodium chloride and MSG to food to make it taste nice. Animals and plants need phosphates but phosphorus bombs are very bad for people.
