The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

-Thymosin -AOD 9604 -Colostrum -Tribulus Go back and re read parts of this thread. You may even find a photo of a photo and a program outline. You keep referring to this ‘the testers were in town’. You make it sound like Essendon was ‘tipped off’ as a favour to give them time to dispose of...

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

They did keep records. As Blackshadow has alluded. It was a football club not a hospital. A record is an individuals’ reflection of events. Is it correct or an exaggeration of the truth? It neither proves or disproves that something has occurred, unless it was captured by an independent body...

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

Conveniently, you totally disregard my comment about the Melbourne FC. Essendon did not 'self report'. Demetriou tipped off Evans and told him it was in the best interest of the club to come out and self report. This is very different to Essendon doing it on their own accord. You have the CEO...

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

You do realise that Dank consulted to Melbourne from August 2012, when he was sacked by Essendon, until the very day Essendon self reported in 2013? He in effect would have used the exact same substances, injected into the Melbourne players. There were no other trips made to China (that were...

The paranoia is crippling. One must master the art of mind control to not fall victim to the baiting.

Never said they are the same. No intention to start conspiracy theories. Individuals acceptance for burden of proof or blind faith are the differentiators that come to mind.

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

You do realise WADA was only established in 2000. So that’s only 19 of 42 years and probably even less considering WADA didn’t (and probably still don’t) have their house in order. Is it in WADA’s jurisdiction to ‘scrutinise’ methods or catch drug cheats? I’m pretty sure it’s the latter and...

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

Blind faith. The fact that you have to list those players alone tells you that he is untouchable. You accept that he injected De Goey x amount of times because it was written in an article. I wonder if the journo who wrote the article was behind the closed door where it all unfolded? I saw and...

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

Sounds a bit sus.. It is banned if ‘injected’ over a certain amount (100ml) every 12 hours. De Goey did admit he was injected ‘heaps’ over a few days and the quack performs his craft in secrecy. It’s calf serum, amino acids and peptides.. yet mention ‘calf’ and essendon players and the reaction...

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

Tell me do you think De Goey was drug assisted when he flew to Germany to have 10 injections a day over a few days to accelerate his hamstring (muscle) recovery with undisclosed substances? He cut his recovery time from 6 weeks to 3. That's significant don't you think? Doesn't exist. I can...

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

In the Award, the reference is to WADA referring to different versions of Thymosin to aid muscle recovery and suggesting that alpha1 and a few others (known for their immune boosting properties), were not likely candidates, other than TB-4. Essendon's principle defence was on breaking down the...

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

Did it really matter? Dank referred to it as the legal form of Thymosin, so either form could be plausible. Heck, both ASADA and WADA referred to Thymosin and Thymomodulin interchangeably in 2012. Would hope did the lawyers have? I wasn’t in the ‘closed-room’ hearing so I’m not sure how anyone...

They didn't necessarily fight as one. They were represented by two different lawyers. The majority (32) used the same lawyer but they were individually listed as defendants in the award. CAS decided to judge them as one by finding them guilty of systemic doping. They could have compelled more...

The possibility of Essendon innocence: a travesty of justice or conspiracy theory for the ages?

No. My statement refers to Dank being clever enough to figure out that he would have been crucified, if he opened his mouth to ASADA, regardless of what he said. Like 22 of the 34 interviewed players, who stated they were not injected with Thymosin but somehow ASADA decided they were.
