the club’s offered them education from the respects program. Wonder if they take it up. They also have to establish that it’s not behaviour that will be tolerated. Ultimately the individuals are responsible, and if they’re not willing to educate themselves then that’s on them. -

But it’s not really. League average is almost 8 senior and 1 rookie. Catb are a bit different and kind of sit separate to the list really. Pretty sure they closed the ‘once the draft starts’ loophole and it’s now a blanket rule that you can only hold picks for open senior list spots.
