    Why would we chip in for salary? I have seen this mentioned multiple times. TB has 4 years left of his contract, he is a top 3 full back (when on form). To me that is a top 7 pick and 2nd round. What did Melbourne give up for Steven May? And he was either out of contract or had another year to go...

    Tin foil hat required: Spoke to someone today (who may know one of the investigators) who said that the verdict had been handed down at least a couple of months ago and that the AFL keeps blocking its finalisation for some reason. Not sure if they are trying to negotiate an outcome?
