This! Our player management and rehab has been top class in the past five years. Look at Polec, Dixon, Hartlett among others. Hopefully we can find a replacement who is as thorough and high quality as the one leaving.

I'd actually say that from the limited vision I've seen of Drew, he looks more like a Rockliff type of player. Doesn't have any outstanding features about his game, doesn't look over quick or explosive our have a particularly high leap. He just seems to know where to run and where his teammates...
