Scholl does hit alot of the non tangible non influential benchmarks such as manning space, running patterns, sprints away from the ball, ineffective tackles, positive reinforcement, pats on the back, arm waving, aggressive manning of the mark, yelling balllllll to the umpires.

To disregard performance of players 4 weeks in and continue to back in the duds, you'd have to be either quietly quitting or just be a ******* moron.
