    Anyone else think Sparrow looks the goods? He's scoring and Melbourne seem pretty set on Steele, Pickett, Windsor and Sparrow as their midfield 4. Would love Bice too but I think I'll need Farrow instead as a priority.

    His coach likened him to Max Holmes on Fox footy and said his role all pre-season has been "permanent midfield". So I can't wait for him to play as a lockdown small defender and score me 30 tomorrow.

    I think the lesson is to not pick Essendon players for the rest of the season. Why would Essendon give some of its few good, experienced players such low tog? And how does a full time ruck score 47....?

    Was a bit annoying he had some 50/50 calls go against him that turned a +2 or +4 into -3 and an advantage not called no +3. Just bad luck it wasn't 115 or 120. Very low scoring game overall too.

    No Grlj is frustrating. First trade in for the year is sorted.... Walsh C softens the blow though.

    Position 2026 AFL Fantasy Rookies

    Had 66% CBAs in pre season. If he gets close to that he'll score well. Might get dropped but I think it's worth the risk. Duursma, Uwland, Grlj, Sharp types I don't think will score as well as him.
