Is there a role for Duggan as a purely negating tagger? He's good one-on-one, and there's plenty of scope for us to deploy a tagger, especially with Robertson and Graham out.
Caleb Graham a good shout. Judging by GC's squad management, they think he's better than Sandy Brock, but worse than Collins, Ballard and Andrew. They're probably right.
There's been lots of talk about moving Shanahan back, and I've no doubt he'd be very good down there. But it's harder to find a good key forward than a good key defender.

Out: Owies (omit) In: Cripps
Out: Young/Brock (omit) In: Bazzo
Out: CDT (managed) In: J Williams

From what I've seen of the season so far, the skills from many teams have been very scrappy all round. Only half a dozen sides have convinced me they are obviously "better". There will be an opportunity for teams with dubious skills to scrape into the wildcard round. We can beat those teams on...
And yet, Will Sutherland looks like a better player than he actually is. Batting average not really in all-rounder territory, bowling average assisted by some very helpful decks over the past few years, and worse than some of his teammates.
Annabel, on the other hand ...
