    I have to say though, how welcoming would another country be to having an AUSTRALIAN RULES football team in their country? It just might rub people the wrong way that a sport named after a country is spreading to other countries? I'm not sure, I can see America saying something like that.

    18 Teams is too many.

    We've only really had one season with the 18 team system. I think I'll reserve my judgement until we see it play out a few more times. I do find it odd seeing calls for less teams and calls for new teams (e.g. Tasmania) at the same time... o_O

    I think the idea of international Aussie Rules would be pretty sweet. Imagine travelling overseas to watch Collingwood or the Bombers or Blues in a match against another country say USA. Amazing.
