    Info is second hand from my 9;year old grandson but he said Mass Weddle Butler, Ramsden and some young ones he did not recognise have been sighted around Portsea and Sorrento. Apparently CJ and Lipinski are here too. Probably a lot more as it is chockers here at the moment

    Players from a number of clubs including Hawthorn have been training at the Sorrento oval during the break. Informally of course.

    Dalton ran a better 2 km time at the draft combine than Weddle did in his year so it is probably not all that surprising. Great to see however. The coach may have to hold Dalton back a bit in his first preseason as he appears to have an injury history. He won’t fail from lack of effort however.

    Credit to Sleepy in that he managed to get Dalton without losing a valuable future second. I think Giansiracusa now has some interesting material to work with in his first year at the club.

    Excellent work by Sleepy last night. I hope he keeps the future seconds in our war chest for next year with trade opportunities and a stronger draft. Maybe he will just elevate Blanck and keeps spots for the SSP and MSD, whilst offering some long shots a crack in the rookie draft.
