    From memory (and it was a long time ago) spider Burton was delisted by the spooners and picked up by the premiers (us) and played 50+ games. Edit - Ah just googled it. Freo were second last that year. There goes a good trivia question. Also Mason Wood.

    We have to pay a premium for junior talent but gees 600 is stretching it. I would have guessed 350-400 and wouldn't mind 500 given you'd think our list is such we could front end it. The other issue is what do we get for him? You'd think a young kid on a 3 year 1.8m deal would be worth at least...

    This is clearly a bad trade Melbourne would have paid more I cannot fathom why the club were so desperate to see him go they'd take pick 33 I'd be happy to give him 500x4 than that The real sting isn't the overrated JC going for such a high price, but the giant spud that is Danniher somehow...

    So here is my plan - I have just remembered that I am on a student membership which I forgot to remove last year - but since there wasn't footy it didn't seem to matter. So I've emailed the club and told them to cancel my auto-renewal because I'm unhappy with their treatment of BBB. I'll revert...
