Do I overrate Thomas? I think he’s going to be a key player moving forward. He’s been playing mainly as a lightweight teenager, it’s impressive he’s even managed to get many games. Imagine him at 24, he’ll be so damaging. His last 4 games of the year were excellent.- Word Count: 54

I’d take Thomas over Gothard. Thomas is tough as guts, skillful, smart. Gothard is agile and has goal sense but his disposal is very iffy, not penetrating or a long kick.- Word Count: 32

How is Angove recovering from his back injury? Anyone have an idea? Also McMullin from his ankle injury. These guys are two who could make a jump. Leake I’m not sure about. Gothard needs a huge PS. Has promise but I’m not sure.- Word Count: 45
