    In the last 5 drafts out of the top 10 players only 4 players have been drafted from WA and not one player in the top 5.

    People don’t understand that WA is struggling both in kids playing and the number of a players being drafted. West Coast and Fremantle will be uncompetitive in years to come as they won’t be able to recruit high quality players.

    Total population of Southwest population is 200k and estimates to be 250k in 2036. Bunbury has a population of 76k and 175km from Perth. Southwest population growth is 1.5% compared to Perth at 2.2%.

    Fans don't switch teams. West Coast and Fremantle fan ratio is 5:3. Second teams have less fans and a third less than that. Eagles are a powerhouse in terms of support and finances and Dockers are midrange. A third team would have the same issues as St Kilda, and North Melbourne.

    Efficiency is a very deceive as doesn't take into the difficulties of the possession. Uncontested mark kick is very different to a possession under pressure kick or handball.

    Young moves into Worner's might solve two issues. More Productivity from Brayshaw and better ball movement for defense.
