Yeah its pretty simple - win a flag and prove the culture actually works, then we will all celebrate it with you.

The reality is we've been historically a 20-50 point worse team in big games and knockout finals for 9 years and have done nothing to rectify that in the coaching box where it matters. Its a lot to overcome.

Nobody should get one. There is a draft that provides first access to players to teams that finished lower. If that isn't enough then you're a poorly run club and should be punished for that. Any other arbitrary rules are just another grey area that can be exploited by AFL house to promote...
