    Jokes aside, it’s pretty fcked that the club hired him with a full on rebuild in mind and then backed out when the going got tough. You could see how badly he wanted those picks from a Merrett trade to help supercharge the draft. They’re a joke of a club.

    I heard the deal was done last year with hawks, three firsts, but bard was at Nando’s and missed the deadline.

    Also, will be interesting to see if Richmond and WCE have the courage to see theirs through. Richmond hasn’t hit rock btm yet but their massive draft haul in one hit has really shortened the length. WCE have had the best timing with Reid and XD. But their bottom 10 is still shocking.

    Really enjoyed listening to Jordan Lewis on the radio today (who was on the selection committee). Basically saying how Essendon signed off on and agreed to a full rebuild but have now blinked and thrown in the towel, unable to see it through. Makes me so proud we saw ours through the right way...
