Agree on the points cap. I think when Lanny were last competitive, surrounding towns had not seen the growth they have now. At the time too, Lancefield were blessed with a number of local stars who helped. Macedon is probably the outlier and have done and continue to do really well considering...- Words: 60

Having seen a fair bit of MCDFNL lately it would be a great fit given the populations sizes and the 11/14/18 split in the juniors would better alighn to player numbers... All the grants come with caveats however on how the money needs to be spent meaning nothing filters into the actual club. Women's footy at local level is a black hole. Stretching resources and volunteers without anything coming back in return. Leagues won't have women's camps in a few years...- Words: 78
