    Smith played off a wing at times so may have been Curtin forward in to Pedlar’s spot which opened up a wing for Smith. I am not 100% sure tho

    He was All-Australian last year mate, and Keays and Murphy aren't in the side because of Tex. I couldn't care less about past glories - certainly don't look back fondly on the last 8 years of the club. But yeah sure, we could bring in another guy like Burgess to play the games Tex would have...

    I am happy for him to play on as the he guys a special talent, produces plenty of highlights and makes the Crows much more fun to watch. Plenty of other issues in the rebuild besides Tex playing another season IMO.

    Bit of a delayed response but I have seen some people add muscle quite quick with high rep kettlebell swings. Anecdotally, the difference is the volume that can be achieved with a kettlebell swing compared to other methods. Sounds like you might have to force yourself to eat a bit more also.

    What a win, I still can’t believe it happened. The list might be a mess and deep in a rebuild but those wins against Geelong and Melbourne last year and then tonight were on the back of effort, and the joy they bring to the players and supporters is priceless. Someone has to take the whistles...
