    You're operating under the assumption that this ding dong believes what he's posting. He doesn't. He's saying things that he knows are false in order to make people upset or angry. This is what's called "trolling".

    That depends on the exact history. The number of past partners isn't relevant, but previous unsubstantiated allegations of sexual misconduct against other people would be relevant.
