    I think you miss interpreted the stats. There isn’t a success rate of 70% for first time coaches. First time coaches are over represented hence a higher number. 79 first timers who won 24 premierships. 31% success rate 33 coaches with previous appointments won 9. 27% success rate.

    We need a new forward line coach. Wasting talent being lead by Spanger. Majority of the the time our forwards are running backwards, rather than leading at the ball. Marra was the exception last night. Hannan 🤯 Can’t we play Karmis instead of TOB?

    We lack forward structure. It’s time for a decent forward coach, Matt Spanger isn’t the answer! I feel our strategy is bomb it long because we now have a tall forward line. Our Talls arnt built like Tom Hawkins. They leading forwards… but maybe our skill to execute the delivery isn’t there?
