    Is this a bad thing? I know we have a lot of young players with none or very few AFL pre seasons under their belt, but we looked unfit against the likes of GWS and Gold Coast during the season. Our last halves this year were horrible.

    You're paying more a lot of the time because other clubs pay more to drag players out of clubs. The manager uses it as leverage to the current club.

    When a player has been consistent and the club is lowballing then fair enough. Not one that's been injured the majority of his draft year and his career thus far.

    No way we let Chesser go. We've backed him in through all his injuries and he's finally got his body right. Has to be a manager thing. On a side note these managers playing off clubs make the players look greedy. Its only going to get worse in the future....

    I reckon he's out the door. If hawks finish 8th (expected) then we'll get pick 11 in the draft. Ryan + pick 11 (prob end up pick 15) For Saints pick 8 (prob end up pick 12) Not sure its worth it but its a very West Coast thing to do

    This draft is about as shallow as the 2003 draft. Reid is so far ahead of the other prospects. I will be pissed if we swap pick 1 for 2 & 3. Genuine match winner type players aren't worth 2 or 3 role players.

    Loved what he has shown this year. His footy IQ will see him play a lot of games. If they haven't already extended his contract, they better get it done asap.

    I doubt we'll go for him. All players drafted by us so far are quick. Szybkowsk's main knock is his speed (also not the best kick)
