Preview Changes and Preview Round 11 vs Carlton Saturday May 23rd 705pm.

I'd bring Cochrane in now and let him develop at AFL level. MG's inaccuracy aside, a key issue of the last run of games is our small forwards also missing fairly regulation shots and rarely taking the half chances when we've been pressing. Then the opposition takes the ball down the other end...

Game Day Rd10 v Suns - Pick your winner and margin

At least Sweet is bringing some comedy to this pointless quarter.

Moraes seems to be the one to have moved back to cover Jones, but haven't noticed him much. Has he played back before? Normally it'd be DBJ or Burgoyne to cover an injury, but they're already back there.

DBJ on a ruckman inside 50. Lol. How come we never get comical match-ups like that in our favour. Port gives those up ever week.

Very annoying that the commentary is ever so slightly before the video. Actually go to the game, Fox Footy, you cheap flogs.

If Jones is out with Bergman, there goes both undersized key defenders. Esava will get injured again at some point. We'll probably have to draft one in the MSD.... Or play BZT.

Some of the players look drenched already. It's gonna be brutal.

I didn't realise Witts is no longer a first choice player for the Suns.

Preview Changes & Preview Thread for Round 10, 2026 vs Gold Coast @ TIO Stadium Darwin

Good on Tommy A. I hope he goes well. Surely that's 3 changes then and he's not in for Bergman or Lai - we already dropped a defender for a mid/fwd last week and shuffled the magnets. Don't think we should that again, but unless both Esava and Marshall come back, I suspect we will.

Review Round 9, 2026 vs Western Bulldogs

For all the positives of a young team giving hope for the future, these close losses are becoming predictable. We keep: Waiting to be 3-4 goals down to enter the contest. Not having the right midfield mix early in games - whatever we do, it doesn't work. Being extremely reliant on an...

Preview Changes v Bulldogs Fri May 8th, 740pm.

That'd be a disaster, but we're also clearly lacking a key defender at the moment and will concede easy goals to even the spudiest of resting rucks without changing that, so one of Ratugolea comes back in when fit. Ramm gets some match fitness in the SANFL, and at some point later in the season...

    Review Showdown 59

Could see that coming. Just had to find a way to win that clearance with 40 seconds to go, but you knew it wouldn't happen.

    Game Day Round 8 Showdown

All over now. Port's midfield has just stopped. The lack of key defenders once again also really hurting us, Aliir can't do it all. Crows lose a key forward and a resting ruck destroys us because there's no proper defender to even pretend to play on him.

    Game Day Round 8 Showdown

Why have we just gone back to rinse and repeat long down the line? It's not working at all.

    Game Day Round 8 Showdown

A ruckman crumbing goals looks about the only way we'll get those.
