This is a rules which means if you have traded into a top 5 pick but didn't finish bottom 5, you are not eligible if your pick moves down. Only clubs whose pick moves down are eligible. Which means whoever has pick 1 is likely to bid Highly rated kids which automatically gives the other 4 clubs... -

That is the extreme of what I proposed. There are many years where ppl say the talent is equal from 5-15, or equal for 3-10. I can see a world where cub with pick 5 bids on player rated 8-12 as that gives them extra pick in 20's Same for club with pick 2-4 too.. Players rated just outside 5-15 will be at risk of bids. IMO, 2nd rounder picks should be bottom 2 ( Band 3) All other non-finalists get Band 4 actually, just hope there is no compon picks for moving down order. My 2 cents. The problem with the stand rule is that players think they have to stand only when UMP yells STAND and not on whistle. Umps pays mark on whistle and you see players still running to mark, 2 seconds after. Players if they were contesting the mark can be excused but not others. If...
