I would be very keen to see him as an inside mid. Maybe not a guy who hits it first up like Cunners, but the guy right next to him that gives and goes. It's actually easier to tag blokes on the outside like Boomer IMO.

He needs to get better, but it's a fine line, and as you say he will improve with age naturally. If you trim him down too much, he wont cope with the hits he is going to cop being around the ball. I reckon opposition sides have targeted Swallow at times because it takes the run out of his legs.

I much prefer Cunners training for power than for endurance. Really he only needs enough of a tank to get from stoppage to stoppage. He should be the guy who is always at the coal face, and let Swallow and Ziebell who has trimmed down get the ball outside a little more than they have in...

Dumont has an excellent build for a footballer. Looks to have a really strong core and a low center of gravity. Fair chance he will play next year IMO, and could really develop into something special down the track.

He doesn't scream prodigious talent to me either. What I like though is his hardness and footy smarts. I can see him making it ahead of someone like Harper who has all the natural talent in the world, but fails to apply it properly on a football field.
