Yeah but the alleged cover up really has little to do with Bruce, that defames the department/ministers/government not him. The crux of the matter in relation to BL action is the rape allegation.

He's already determined sex took place to a civil standards he's now making the determination of consent which goes to it being rape as alleged by Channel 10. EDIT: and there it it. No way BL is winning this. Channel 10 likely to succeed on the truth defence.

I think its a case of he is sympathetic to BH but everyone else sucks here and 10's shoddy journalism just got lucky that the allegation was more likely than not true. BL may also have more questions to answer from the ACT magistrates.

Yeah they missed the bit where he doesn't believe she is telling deliberate falsehoods unlike Bruce. i.e. she is confused and wrong about some details and he is outright lying about them.
