    Harry Dean incredibly stiff not to get the nom this week, would expect him to get a token one in coming weeks. Dean has been more impressive that Jagga Smith so far this season, but like most awards they will favour midfielders and stat padding over any key position defender.

    Any other name than Charlie Curnow is wrong, would have said the same thing last year when he wore Navy Blue,. Goes missing for far too long in games, and then will have a burst of about 15 minutes where he kicks inconsequential goals that makes his stat line look better than it actually is.

    The biggest issue with Reidy playing and dominating in the VFL is that it is restricting the development of HOK who I hope in time will become our future #1 ruck.
