    2011 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs

lol, wow. 99 times out of 100 that wouldn't be called in that situation in the playoffs. The only reason the thought of a penalty would even have entered the ref's mind was because of the dive.

Great conspiracy, but that's not really how it happend. One's ratings were abysmal and the network was losing a huge amount of money on it. It was just a matter of time until they ditched it. There was simply never the market for a 24/7 FTA sports network and there probably never will be.

    2011 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs

I'm gutted about the Ducks' season coming to an end, but it's no more than we deserved. We were outplayed throughout the series, lacked hussle and definitely didn't have the defensive talent to make a serious run at the Cup. With the need to improve on D and add some forward depth, as well as...

    2011 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs

He'd finished the season with a bit of an injury and there were still a few doubts over him going into game one so Carlyle went with Ellis. After the way Ellis played in game one and Emery's decent performance after he replaced him later in the game, there was no doubt who was the right guy to...

It appears this has already been settled, but figured I'd throw my two cents in just in case anyone looks over this in the future. MLB.TV is definitely worth is if you have a decent internet connection. It works fine and it's awesome to be able to watch any game at any time. As someone who...

NHL Gamecenter Live for the Playoffs

Awesome, thanks guys. I just put through my subscription for the month. I use MLB.TV (the equivalent for Major League Baseball) and the quality for that is usually good, so hopefully my internet will be fine and I'll be able to catch all the Ducks games without any problems.

NHL Gamecenter Live for the Playoffs

Sorry to ask a question that may have been covered in another thread, but I looked through and couldn't find any answers for what I'm asking... I'm keen to make sure I can see every game for the Ducks playoff run so I'm going to buy NHL Gamecentrer Live to watch the games on my computer. Their...

Yeah, I'm not fussed if I don't make it. You always end up with a decent enough list with the automatic draft and if I have any gaping holes I'll make a few deals. Good luck to all!

I doubt I'll make it. I'll be working but I may be able to sneak in to make my first couple of picks. More likely though, I'll be putting my faith in the list I've made.

Makes it damn hard for those of us who work and it just makes it harder/longer for everyone else. Setting aside an hour or two for an actual draft is much easier to do.

Agree about the IP limit. 1000 is way too much. 700 or 800 is a better balance. I don't like having moves maximised, it becomes too much like Dream Team and all that wank, but it's your league so up to you.

I play in several head-to-head leagues each year, including a few keeper leagues and prize money leagues, and always enjoy them, but I've never done a roto league before. I'm pretty excited for it.

Alright, I'm registered now and pumped for this. We do realise our live draft is currently set for the middle of a Saturday night, right?
