    Selectors love affair w Green is bewildering. To select both Green and Webster for this test has me thinking we will be masters of our demise. This alone suggests we put the cue in the rack regarding this series.

    Australias batting is fragile, the problems ste there to see when the cracks sre not covered over. Time for Green to have a spell, Usman will get his farewell test, Marcus in strife. Two innings where good balls probably got 4 or 5 wickets and poor cricket gifted the rest.

    I think the key is to create a contest, not a lucky dip. This pitch has helped equalised the teams… 450 is ok if the scoring pace is ok., I get what you mean and don’t disagree.

    This one has swung too far the other way….pun intended. It’s not a suitable a test wicket. However, Aussies have been relying on bowling sides out and the batting again gets exposed too easily. Kuwaja shot was deplorable.
