    Of course it's not worse than rape. Just agreeing with the previous poster that doctoring evidence to cover wrong doing in a criminal matter is extremely serious. And that the judge should take this into consideration when deciding sentence.

    Spot on. The fact that he doctored evidence to avoid getting caught is extremely serious and downright disgusting. The judge should throw the book at him.

    Does it say anywhere how he altered the Uber receipt? I'm guessing he booked the Uber for his mate using his own account? How would he be able to edit the time on the receipt? Also did he really think that the victims partner would back up his version of events after she accused him of rape...

    I feel like the current top 8 strikes a good balance between giving plenty of teams a taste of finals whilst not rewarding mediocrity too much. Having more than half the teams qualify cheapens it in my opinion.
