    That was a fun count if you don't gamble. I got defeated by my own refusal to put money on Tex Walker because of who he is as a person.

    You all get to feel angry and hurt and saddened and hopeful because this is the first game we've played with genuine stakes in the last round for 9 years. It's a more enjoyable pain than the pain of not caring.

    Blues/Richmond is a raffle for the one. I try and go by who was the most eye catching and I keep coming back to Bolton. Dogs/Pies is Smith, Macrae and Bont for me. Bont is hard to ignore.

    It was a weird night. Zak Jones and Menagola notwithstanding, Matt Crouch not getting to 4 cost me a 8000/1 bet. Having said that, the best part was definitely the discussions here. Hasn't been this much fun for years. I'm sad I jumped in late but I'm inspired to contribute next season.
