    2026/2027 Draft & Trade Periods

With Tasmania coming in it makes sense. Can demand a kings ransom when the time comes.

News AFL overhauls Academy and FS bid matching, discussing draft lockout

Going to say something completely against the grain here and anticipate it may be reactionary after a middling start to the year. GC made a mistake basing their entire draft strategy around picking all the academy kids up that were there. Too many similar kids and not really drafting for what...

Review Round 7 vs Hawthorn @ Launceston Sat 25th April 12:30pm

Based on form, I think you need to put in Clohesy over Z.Uwland on the wing. Davies is interesting, he isn't playing a role we are necessarily weak in but his 2's performances are really good. Do you bring him in to play that 2nd string bashing mid and shorten the team by moving Walter out...

Rogers is no loss, if he wants to leave like last year, let him walk.

Yeah I'm not ripping Uwland up or anything understand why, but surely we are better playing Sam Clohesy?

Lombard, Z.Uwland, Rogers and Walter aren't AFL level currently.

I am convinced the system is broken at the moment. How do opposition cut through us like a sieve?

Currently Noble has Jeffrey covered IMO. Noble definitely has his down games where he hacks the ball, but Jeffrey at times can be completely MIA, so at this point in time, I'm taking Noble over Jeffrey.

Looking forward to seeing JUH run out. Not expecting a 6 goal classic performance, but just want to see some good signs. Ballard and Jeffrey being dropped is wild and not what I would have expected at the start of the year. Obviously the club would have done all the checks, but hope that Noah...

(1 minute) Amazing!! - SUNS in the Media

It does feel like one week the midfield will click and be back to its devastating best. Luckily we have had a relatively soft start to the season so it hasn't hurt us too much, but need to figure it out quick.

Well if Collingwood are into JUH, it probably means King stays on.

Game Day Round 6 vs Essendon @ People's First Sat 18th April 1:15pm

In Tasmania, I would think Avery Thomas may be the pick to play off the HB line.

Jamara kicking 5 goals and finding form in the 2s is great, just needs to keep that up, because he is keeping Walter and Read honest, and if they have a stretch of poor games, we have a ready made replacement.
