I don't necessarily disagree with the capacity comment, but they did the swimming (temporary above ground pool) and fencing (raised platform) in the same stadium as the show jumping, and running/shooting at Tokyo- Word Count: 34

Well they're using Springfield as one of the venues for the Olympics (modern pentathlon), so perhaps any capacity upgrades prior to the Olympics will be funded by whoever is paying for all the Olympic builds/upgrades.- Word Count: 36

Training at altitude only went out of vogue because the effects only last a short period (about 3 weeks from memory). It's still very in vogue for things where you have to peak for a specific period of time (eg Olympics, world champs etc) not a season long thing. (On a side note I'm not sure why...- Word Count: 120
