I swear this all happens. We win and play well, then the AFL finally decide to give us a swathe of prime time games. At that very point, our team decide to crap themselves on prime time TV. AFL then decide to go back to hiding us in unpopular fixtures. Rinse and repeat.

I think we’ve done well with Batchelor as VFL coach. Internally, he’s very highly rated for how he worked with the players last year. Sunny hit the nail on the head when he said players are finally being used correctly.
