Nathan Basset once told a story (and im paraphrasing here) that he was never more scared in his life than when neil craig came back to the Norwood rooms after a loss. My personal opinion is that over the 2010 and 2011 seasons the effect wore off a bit on the players, he couldnt drop all of them. -
