That sounds very much like what people were suggesting, tier it, if your main issue is top teams getting priority access to top end talent, make it extremely hard to get them and for lower clubs allow them to bank that value to rebuild as part of your equalisation measures.
May help us out with...
I'd be putting some pressure on the AFL as clubs to obtain some kind of compensation for clear and obvious stuff ups of a certain nature by the AFL.
They can't get points or results overturned so something like footy cap relief or an additional amount in the money handed out by the AFL might...
I'd be looking at hewitt personally to see if we can get him in cheap as a mature body who can play defensively in the midfield and stay healthy.
Basically switch out setterfield for him list spot wise
And it probably shows my bias because I'd assumed alcohol or possible drugs but from what doug85 and joey_jo_jo have pointed out he could have had a anxiety attack or missed a prescribed medication and spiralled.
It was shit to see at the time and only going to be shitter to watch the media...

I thought it was good be Pickett and worth a free kick or play on because kako got ball away.
So commentators cheering and celebrating a run down tackle that very rarely happens when a fast player challenges another fast...
Forward line has looked better when Wright and Langford aren't in it and he is one of the reasons why.
Would like to see if we can get a full season of Edwards/Caddy/May and see how it evolves
If we have found the guy that can do the hard repeat running efforts off that forward flank but is also smart enough to do it and connect those two halves that is a seriously good win.
Keen to see if he can make that his position
In isolation Johnson did have a few bad moments the last couple of games so I don't mind him being dropped if it worked like that for other areas of the ground or players to use selection as a tool to develop.
Parish is coming off some shocking injury luck so Scott is going to back him in to...
