My feeling is that tackles inside 50 would be very handy to stop that opposition momentum; so far, when teams get runs on against Freo, it seems like it starts with the ball just bouncing out of an inside 50. A tackle, a good crumb, or a stoppage would prevent that. Would very much like to see... -

That kick for Fred running out of the defensive 50 was exactly inch perfect; he didn't have to break step and his opponent, who was right on his hammer, couldn't get it. Not many players can make that kick. -

Less time out with surgery than without, as it’s reinforced. I assume it’s something like an eye socket fracture or a depressed cheek bone fracture to require surgery. Poor bugger, it can happen when you just get an elbow in the wrong spot. Hope all goes well and he heals fast -
