    Especially with Fagan and Co's pick and stick philosophy. Doesn't seem to work when we lost of our best back and forward defenders (Ah Chee and Starcevich) left and there is no replacements once injuries started to mount.

    There was another case where Harris has the ball 50 m out with a player outside 5. Could have run to the 50 m mark or beyond and had a shot. Instead, went sideways and next kick was a bomb forward.

    On reflection, yesterday's 3rd quarter was so bad that I didn't really feel disappointed, but those two close losses to the Bulldogs and Demons did my head in for days. Human psychology is an amazing thing.

    Fletcher was at better in the last quarter (but poor earlier). Fagan won't drop him this week. Would keep Marshall in though. We desperately need some key players back and players to go at hard at the ball all game. If he really wants to send a message, drop Bailey.
