    If Green was able to play a full season of NAB League IMO he'd be in the convo for 1. He played 4 games ave: 33 touches, 20 contested, 10 clearances (highest ave's in all categories)

    Watching Allies v Metro and the Champs this year, Finn manned Green at most stoppages. Green was BOG - 33 touches, 10 clearances, 1 goal. Finn was Metro's best mid that day and is a better mover than Green, but not in the same class IMO. Green is the best inside/clearance mid in the draft.

    IMO Green is in the elite - was a one man show in the middle in the champs. Beat Rowell & Anderson in their match. Wasn’t able to show what he can do fwd due to allies not being strong enough in the middle. Last year in champs as a bottom ager & with neafl able to rotate fwd and kicked goals.

    It was always too easy to hinder the Allies. SA had someone on Green all game (stoppages & around the ground) If you limited him they lost. No one else stood up in the middle. I didn’t think you could tag at U/18 level...?

    Agreed! To many of the players picked, were picked on ‘good skills and running’ and that’s all well and good when you’re in Div 2 winning games. Not enough of the boys played well under pressure and can force themselves to ‘have a good day’ when they are getting beaten. Allies need to pick kids...
