Always need experience to go with the youth - Gold Coast tried building a list almost completely with youth, and it didn't work. They still havent played finals, where as GWS had a better balance, and have played in multiple finals include a Grand Final in same time.

White shorts in this was fine. White shorts v teams with white jumpers (ie cats, Roos, swans) is what causes a lot of the issues. Dark clubs (ie blues are the worst) not wearing their white clash when needed is still the main issue
