    I just dont get how these contracts are structured that if a player fails to perform, i.e. actually dont turn up to work, they still get paid 100%.? Its crazy. Where is the penalty if a player makes poor choices or simply loses the desire to work? They still get paid for years more than the PM?

    First part correct. Second part is a troll. No one can say how long or short Richmonds rebuild will take. It will obviously take a minimum period, say 4 or 5 years. But any estimates beyond that are guesses..........and at times trolling.

    You do understand that the AFL changed rules again and any bottom 5 team will get an end of 1st compo priority pick if their natural pick slides. So you should expect the bottom 5 teams to all get compo priority picks.
