    My dilemma this week is Carrol > Watkins ($246k banked) for cash generation or Windsor > McKercher ($20k banked). I really want to get in an Ash / Whitfield / Daicos next week but McKercher at $753k this week is really tempting.

    What has impressed me the most over the last fortnight is how the team is playing for each other. It's the small things that have improved like not letting anyone bully their teammates without ramifications. The team is really tight and everyone is on board. All champion teams have this trait.

    5. Harley Reid 4. Jake Waterman 3. Tim Kelly 2. Willem Duursma 1. Jobe Shanahan Cripps and Hough had shockers while the rest definitely pulled their weight. Good to see the lesser guys like Young, Lindsay, Davis, Schoenberg, Flynn and Allan all play their part.

    Windy > Bont Windsor > McKercher Leaves me with $56k in cash and a team value of $21.36m. Barring injuries I'm not sure what to do next week as I'm pretty happy with my team. The worst I have are Bruhn at M5 and Visentini at R3 that aren't either a premo or making bulk cash.

    Carlton are career killers. They have a bleak 5 - 7 years coming up while they rebuild during the Tassie years. It will be some desperado who will last a couple of years before being punted. Surely Simpson, Hinkley, Horse etc. are too smart to take them on.

    The two holes in our key backs are totally understated around here. We wouldn't have won our last 2 premierships if we had any of our current guys running around in those teams. If we're going to rely on Brock/Young/Ginbey/Edwards to play on their key backs then we're in a world of trouble...
