    You would be correct, top of the ladder vs an undermanned Lions. But Herbert's disposals were top notch, he's a very good link up attacking defender.

    Who know whether the ruck rules will change again but right now it favours those with a leap. Balta, Sims, TMH & OHB as insurance should be plenty moving forward. The Giants ruck stocks are worse than ours & I honestly can't see them trading him.

    Hardly surprising, some of his junior ruckwork was elite. Mac is the one that we should be chasing, he's the perfect specimen for the modern day AFL ruck.

    You can surround Hopper with as much speed as you like, but when a slow inside mid can't hit targets by hand from 3 feet away then the writing is on the wall. You can't fix the problem if you replace everything but the very thing causing the problem.
