Banyule only have 2 senior players over 25 with the amount who have moved on, they have lost a heap of experience and leadership. I would imagine that was what he was referring too as well- Word Count: 36

Banyule did have 2 19s teams last season with a lot stepping up to the seniors. I think to say the cupboard looks bare is extreme. Huge turnover of players allows for others to step in. No - full time Banyule. Unfortunately we have lost some quality players and we do have points to work with. We still have 18 1 pointers who played senior football this year and have 14 1 pointers up from the 19s. All good, McLarty was out by round 3 and aylett by round 5. We know what we need to recruit in order to be competitive, especially after today. Had a few leave early in year so has had a big bearing on depth. Next week is a new week and we look forward to trying to make a preliminary final- Word Count: 60

Boro fantastic today, our boys tried hard but Boro too tall and too strong. To finish 3rd in our 3rd year in Division 1 and to win 12 games is amazing. Things haven’t gone our way late in the season but we have earnt the double chance so hopefully the 2 teams tomorrow belt the living suitcases...- Word Count: 79
