    The draft was created to equalise for team who finished down the bottom to get more talent. It can work. As soon as you start layering compromise into it is ceases to be a mechanism for equalisation. It’s a farce. Academies are a farce.

    Basically anyone who can get game time on the regular is likely to stay. Monetarily other clubs are not throwing ridiculous money at players. Meaning the difference of maybe a flag or maybe no flag ever probably tips the scales in our favour a lot.
