    Early days in this years draft, many felt this about Duursma this time last year, but yeah it does look like there’s a clear top 2 that even pick 1 won’t be able to get. If what you are saying occurs, and we do rise (I.e not bottom 5) I hope that we go tall with our first pick (Ruck or KPD)...

    1. Warner is an absolute no brainer, we need another onballer and he's basically another harley. If we do get him we would need to find a more pure defensive/inside mid to complement them, but those players can be found more easily, are cheaper and could even be able to be filled by guys already...

    Rebuild taking shape pretty well, but we have glaring needs for KPD and Ruck. Where and how are we going to find them, and do we need them enough to not take best mid type available in this draft? We might not have as long a we thought left to top up on high draft picks.

    With Atkinson out this is really an opportunity to break them. If we apply ourselves and bat time, in 20 overs they will be wrecked and will have to turn to spin.

    Murphy the youngest, and probably the best bat of the candidates. When the bowling ability is close between them, its not surprising they've gone with the youngest candidate, who can contribute down the order with the bat and would be playing on their home ground.
