    It's a shame, as i remember the talk when he joined us was we wouldn't reap the benefits immediately of the new fitness and conditioning program. It would take 2-3 pre seasons before noticeable improvements, and we are just starting to head that way now.

    I think the Cats will be trying to get into Marshall's ear, after TDK nominates the Saints. The 1st rounder offered for Marshall, could then arrive to us for Ryan. However would much prefer the pick upgrade option on Hawks 1st, as others have suggested above.
