  • haha I know what you mean about being distracted by the chicks. It is hard not to be when you are that close. Nah not doing the wheelchair, I finished up yesterday. I only applied for qualifying and the first 5 days of main draw, wanted to actually sit back and watch some of the open as well without having to work. Seems easier to umpire when you are sitting back, relaxed watching on tv though at times, lol.
Nah won't get back into it. First to admit I was terrible at it. Made some really bad calls, lol. Was really distracted by this one chick on the first qualifying day, was just staring at her ass while receiving, completely missed one call. So embarrassed. I was 18 at the time, hahaha. You doing the wheelchair open as well?
Hey mate, yeh I did do some of the training at Notting Hill and a couple of other places as well. It is pretty cool working at the open, but I have to agree with you that it is very stressful. First couple of days of qualifying were hard because you are getting your eye in, but found it good after that. You ever thought about getting back into it?
What's up. I was a lines umpire at the open in 02 and 03. Do they still do training at notting hill pinewood tennis club? umpiring was stressful as hell for me, haha.
