My guess would be Waverly is a bit further out and is older/used facilities (although good). Caulfield is closer and feels a bit more connected to the city, as well as when it's done it will be brand new facilities?

I don't feel that Fritta is as consistent as he used to be where he'll patch some games together and get away from the other leading goal kickers, and when he is having these good games this year his influence isn't completely on kicking loads of goals but making the best choice by foot
